D., quien enfrenta un proceso penal por el presunto delito de narcomenudeo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: normal; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: #2c2f34;\">Cabe recordar que el pasado 19 de octubre, Edgar H. D. ingres\u00f3 un oficio para solicitar la licencia, pues fue vinculado a proceso el pasado 28 de septiembre, cuesti\u00f3n que fue notificada a la mesa directiva.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: normal; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: #2c2f34;\">El Congreso en un principio justific\u00f3 las faltas como causas de fuerza mayor; posteriormente le suspendieron la dieta, pues las faltas ya no pod\u00edan justificarse y es cuando se solicit\u00f3 la licencia temporal. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: normal; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: #2c2f34;\">Al aprobarse esta licencia, el Congreso deber\u00e1 llamar al suplente Aar\u00f3n Charrez Paloma, lo cual podr\u00eda suceder hasta la siguiente semana, pues los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas no habr\u00e1 sesiones, ya que los diputados cumplieron hoy con el reglamento de sesionar al menos dos veces a la semana.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Pachuca, Hgo., 31 de octubre 2023.- Este martes, en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria donde el \u00fanico punto fue la licencia del legislador, as\u00ed como la conformaci\u00f3n de la mesa directiva para los trabajos de noviembre, le fue avalada la licencia por 50 d\u00edas.
