A. R. N., investigado por hechos ocurridos el pasado 19 de marzo de 2026, en los que el probable responsable atac\u00f3 a un adolescente, en un fraccionamiento de la colonia San Antonio el Desmonte, de Pachuca de Soto.<\/p><p>Derivado de la agresi\u00f3n que qued\u00f3 registrada en videos difundidos a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales y de la denuncia de la parte victimal, se inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente y comenzaron las indagatorias.<\/p><p>Con base en los datos de prueba, agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscritos a la Subprocuradur\u00eda oriente, solicitaron la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n correspondiente, misma que fue concedida por la autoridad judicial y posteriormente ejecutada en el Barrio La Reforma, de Ixmiquilpan.<\/p><p>La persona aprehendida fue presentada ante un juez de control, quien en audiencia inicial y con base en la formulaci\u00f3n de la imputaci\u00f3n por esta representaci\u00f3n social, le dict\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y se le impuso como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada.
